Around here, we set a simple but powerful New Yearās goal: move our bodies.

Not everyone runs the same (and thatās the point). Some go for a walk, some jog, and some actually rack up the miles. What matters is that we all start strongāeach at our own pace, but with the same vibe: fresh air, sneakers on, and that feeling of showing up for yourself.
